Cancellation & Refund Policy
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
(1) All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.
(2) Any approved refund will be issued minus the $50.00 cancellation fee.
(3) No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the scheduled rental pickup date.
(4) Failure to pick up the trailer on the scheduled rental date will be considered a cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.
Necessities:
Before submitting payment, please ensure you have the following:
(1) A valid driver's license
(2) Valid proof of insurance for the vehicle towing the trailer
(3) A vehicle properly equipped and capable of safely towing the rented trailer
(4) Failure to meet these requirements at the time of pickup does not qualify for a refund.
(5) By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
